Biography:
Mr. Walther has tried numerous cases before state and federal courts, and state administrative agencies. Mr. Walther also has argued a number of cases before the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Supreme Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Walther has served in positions of leadership in the state and local Bar Associations, as a speaker and CLE instructor on various labor and employment law issues, and as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Kentucky College of Education. Mr. Walther has been selected to serve as an Arbitrator on the Commercial Panel for the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Walther is a native of Louisville, and has lived in Lexington for over twenty-five years. He is married to Dr. Katherine Stone, and has two children, Hallie and Henry. Mr. Walther is active in the community, including many years of service in the Indiana University Alumni Association, Eastern Little League, and the Site Based Decision Making Councils at SCAPA Bluegrass and Henry Clay High School. Mr. Walther is an avid road cyclist, and active member of the Bluegrass Cycling Club.
